The practical answer is yes. An AIOU graduate can submit applications to UK universities. AIOU is listed as a recognised university by Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission, and its HEC profile identifies distance education as an approved mode. However, recognition of the university does not mean automatic admission to every UK master’s course.
